The AdvoCare NASCAR Nationwide Series No. 3 Chevy Camaro show car will be on display for the public at two bowl week events prior to kickoff of the 2013 AdvoCare V100™ Bowl.
The car will be parked at the northernmost area of the Outlets at the Louisiana Boardwalk for the AT&T Parade and Pep Rally at the Outlets at the Louisiana Boardwalk on Monday, Dec. 30. The parade, featuring the bands and cheerleaders of the participating teams, plus Mardi Gras floats, will begin at 6 p.m.
The show car will also be parked in front of the Hirsch Coliseum for MetroPCS Fan Fest on game day, between 8 and 11:30 a.m. TapSnap will be available to take photos with the car. TapSnap allows fans to immediately upload their photos to social media, or print photos on the spot for a souvenir.
Rising star Austin Dillon is fresh off of a NASCAR Nationwide Series Championship in the AdvoCare No. 3 car back in November. He will be making the jump to the Sprint Cup Series next season.
The famed No. 3 car, now owned by Richard Childress Racing, returned to NASCAR in 2012 with Dillon as driver and AdvoCare as title sponsor, after having not been used since Dale Earnhardt passed away in a crash in 2001 at the Daytona 500.
